Involved in the creation of exciting interiors for well over a decade, sisters Suzanne Norton and Jane Burke are artists who work both collaboratively and independently. Their commercial work graces hotels, B&Bs, restaurants, shops and offices; while residential projects range from a tiny 1950"s camping trailer to celebrity mansions. From PRIMITIVE Early American styles, and free-flowing patterns to very REALISTIC plants, animals, architectural images, both Jane and Suzanne enjoy variety in their work. They are both comfortable painting your specific ideas~ for instance a mural based on a favorite photograph of a cherished place complete with portraits of family and friends (human or otherwise), or coming up with an idea for you such as a design for furniture or walls based on your carpet, fabric, or china pattern . Based in Maine, the muralists' work has also taken them to Massachusetts, NYC, L.A., and Florida. ("In fact, we love to travel during the winter months!") Their work has been seen in In Style Magazine, Down East, McCall's, Yankee Magazine, and several newspapers as well.
